This notice covers this website, operated by VXP Global. Our products and any work we do under contract are covered by the agreement that governs them, not by this page.
The short version
This website has no accounts, no sign-up, and nothing anywhere on it that asks you for personal details. It runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies, builds no profiles, and sells or shares nothing. If you never email us, we never learn who you are.
What your browser stores
Some pages keep a small amount of data in your browser's own storage — your scroll position, so that reloading returns you where you were, and, if you open a developer panel, that panel's settings. None of it is a cookie, none of it is sent to us, and you can inspect or clear all of it from your browser at any time.
What our host sees
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes the technical details every request carries — IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp — in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. Our lawful basis for that is legitimate interest in operating and defending a website. We do not use these records for analytics, we do not enrich them, and we do not combine them with anything else.
If you email us
Then we have your address and whatever you chose to write. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation you started, and we keep it as ordinary business correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list — there isn't one.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and to object to our processing it. Write to contact@vxp.global and we will act on it. In practice the only thing we are likely to hold is an email thread you began.
When this changes
This notice changes when the website changes — if we add a form, an analytics tool, or anything else that collects information. It does not change merely because time has passed, which is why the line at the top is the date it took effect rather than a freshness stamp.
