These terms govern this website, operated by VXP Global. They are not an agreement to supply anything: if we work together, that engagement is governed by the agreement we both sign, and nothing here modifies it.
Using the site
Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it, and point an agent at it — the site publishes a machine-readable view because we want it read that way. What we ask in return is narrow: do not attempt to break, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it; do not place load on it that a person reading it would not; and do not present its content as coming from someone else, or as something it does not say.
Our content
The text, graphics, logos, code and design of this site belong to VXP Global or to whoever licensed them to us. Quoting and linking are fine. Republishing the site wholesale, or passing its material off as your own, is not.
What the site does and does not promise
The site is provided as it is. We take care that what it says is accurate and we date the claims that need dating, but nothing here is a warranty. Some panels report the state of a service at the moment they were checked; a status shown on this page describes that check, not a guarantee about any moment afterwards. Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to supply, or professional advice.
Links we do not control
Some links here lead to things we do not run — a block explorer, a third-party document. We point at them because they let you check a claim yourself. We are not responsible for what they show or for what they do.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VXP Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, or from your being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
VXP Global operates from the State of Georgia in the United States, and these terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The site is offered worldwide and we are glad to hear from anywhere: where the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be signed away, nothing here limits them.
When this changes
These terms change when the website changes. They do not need revisiting because a product shipped or a page was added — an engagement is covered by its own agreement, and that is deliberate. The line at the top is the date these terms took effect.
